Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) receives privacy order from French regulator, CNIL, according to Bloomberg. The regulator ordered Microsoft to stop collecting too much user data and gave the software giant a three-month time limit.
CNIL wants Microsoft to ensure confidentiality of users' information.
