Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) is looking to make its Xbox One gaming experience a little more sticky.
With its E3 keynote today, Microsoft announced an update to Achievements called Snap mode. This will allow players to check progress on how close to getting the next achievement they are, search online, and find out about new achievements while in game. Previously, users would have to pause the game and switch an app, which some thought was tedious.
The update will be out for the Xbox One later this year.
Shares of Microsoft are down 0.7 percent.
