Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ: MSFT) is on watch mid-day Tuesday following reports from the WSJ that the company has stopped its controversial practice of "stack ranking" employees.
In a new employee-review overhaul, Microsoft will stop asking managers to rank employees on a scale of one to five on a bell curve. In its place, managers will give employees more frequents feedback about their performance.
Shares of Microsoft are down 0.56% mid-day to $37.39.
