According to gaming blog Teknylate, Windows 8 will allow users to run Xbox 360 games on their PC.
Teknylate said users will more than likely need to dish out more money for access to Microsoft Live online... a small price to pay for such convenience.
But this could be one of the few purely lucrative moves Microsoft has made in a while, the blog contests, citing three key points:
At this point, it would almost make sense for Microsoft since the company keeps losing money manufacturing and selling each Xbox 360 console. Keep in mind Xbox 360 debuted in the US nearly seven years ago. This is several years before Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhone made it's debut, to give you an idea of how things have changed over the time period.
