Micro-cap Uranium Stocks - SCAME OR BARGIN? Shares of Golden Patriot, Corp. (OTCBB: GPTC) are 38% higher today after the company entered into an option agreement to acquire 100% of the Lucky Boy Uranium Project in Gila County, Arizona from Handley Minerals Inc. The company said The Lucky Boy Uranium Project consists of 14 BLM claims and an 80 acre State Lease contiguous to the claims. The Lucky Boy Project is a past producer and was one of the first producing uranium mines in the state of Arizona. The company has a market cap of around $9.7 million.

It is an all too common theme to find faltering penny stocks running to hot themes and try to transform their companies to capitalize on events in the news.
