This morning, Merrill Lynch (NYSE: MER) is trading below $16 per share. It is trading at a significant discount to the offer Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) proposed Sunday night. These are interesting times and looks like investors are not believing in the Bank of America, Merrill Lynch merger.
