Mark Haines Calls The Bottom At 9:47AM

CNBC host, Mark Haines, who has not called a bottom before, says today is the bottom. He thinks today's rally will stick. He made this bottom call at 9:47AM while the Dow was trading around 6732.

I doubt he's right, but I'll continue to hope.
