Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) announced that it reached a verbal agreement with the U.S. Air Force covering a large C-130 deal.
According to Reuters the USAF contract will cover 88 C-130J Super Hercules jets for the Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps through 2020.
The Pentagon previously recorded a 79-aircraft deal running $5.9 billion in 2013 when contract talks first started.
Shares of LMT are flat in early trading.
