Lindsey Lohan's $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: ETFC) over a 2010 Super Bowl commercial that the tragic actress claims portrays her in a negative light has been dropped.
The commercial, featuring the popular "E-Trade babies," made a joke saying "that milkaholic Lindsey." Lohan claimed that the line was a reference to her and one of her DUI arrests.
According to a court document obtained by Radar Online, the suit was withdrawn with prejudice on Monday, without costs or fees to any party.
A report from TMZ said that Lohan did make some money out of the deal.
Lohan was recently released from court order rehabilitation, after doctors said she was ready to handle her recovery. The actress almost immediately failed a random drug test, which revealed she had used cocaine.
