Every now and then, it's fun to take a look at karma and how it will bite you if you're not careful. Yes, we're looking at you Bank of America (NYSE: BAC)!
Though it's nothing to joke about, as many have probably lost substantial amounts on the stock, shares are now going for about $5 apiece -- or the same amount BofA was aiming to charge debit card users per month. BofA has since cancelled that initiative because having some free debit card customers is better than having zero fee-based debit card users.
Following Monday's 4 percent decline, BofA shares are up 2 percent pre-market Tuesday.
