Kandi Technology (Nasdaq: KNDI) shares are ticking higher early following bullish news for one of its partners.
According to news source China Daily, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group ("Geely") plans to develop a fully-electric black cab within five years.

to a taxicab licensed by the Public Carriage Office in Greater London or by the local authority (non-metropolitan district councils or unitary authorities) in other parts of Great Britain, or by the Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland.

to develop, manufacture and sell electric vehicles (the "EVs") and to develop, purchase, manufacture and sell auto parts, and invest in other companies which engage in such businesses.
