JPMorgan No Longer Underwriter on Ally Financial Offering
Ally Financial Inc. filed an amended S-1 with the U.S. SEC today for an offering of its common stock by the United States Department of the Treasury. Notably, missing as an underwriter on the offering is JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM).
Banks left include Citigroup,, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank Securities.
