Illumina (ILMN) Said to Have Purchase Moleculo, Inc.

Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) said it purchase Moleculo, Inc. The news comes as it filed an 8-K earlier disclosing that it withdrew its offer for Complete Genomics (Nasdaq: GNOM).

The biotech is presenting at the JPMorgan Global Healthcare Conference today. Shares are up 1.8 percent on the session.
