Icahn To File Lawsuit To Stop Biogen Idec (BIIB) Vote

According to reports from CNBC, an Icahn associate is going to Delaware court to stop the shareholder vote at Biogen Idec Inc. (Nasdaq: BIIB). Biogen Idec has taken a recess until 2PM on the vote, which Icahn views as an attempt to change the vote.
An Icahn associate said they believe that if the vote was stopped now and counted they would have two associates nominated to the board.
