The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Tuesday it will be investigating another case related to one of Apple’s (Nasdaq: AAPL) patent-infringement complaints against Taiwan-based HTC Inc.
Apple claims HTC’s Flyer tablet and a dozen or more of its Android smartphones infringe on a total of five of its current patents. This investigation comes as HTC has already been accused of violating two of ten patents in which Apple accused them of back in a March of 2010 complaint.
