IBM (NYSE: IBM) is up nearly 9% in pre-open action following a positive Q4 preannouncement. IBM announced Q4 EPS of $2.80 from continuing operations, up 24% from last year and well above the consensus of $2.60. IBM sees Q4 revenues of $28.9 billion, also well above the consensus of $27.7 billion. IBM cited its global business.
