Heungkuk Life Drops CDO Suit Against Goldman Sachs (GS) - Reuters

Goldman (NYSE: GS) also moving higher on reports out of Reuters saying that Heungkuk Life Insurance has withdrawn a lawsuit alleging that Goldman secretly bet against CDO is sold to clients.

According to a court filing, the fraud suit was discontinued without prejudice.

Goldman ended over 1 percent better Wednesday.
