Haynes International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAYN) announced today that Mark Comerford has been appointed as the new President and CEO, effective on September 30, 2008, at which time the former CEO, Francis Petro, will retire. Mr. Petro will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Haynes International, Inc. and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture, market, and distribute high-performance nickel-and cobalt-based alloys primarily for use in the aerospace, land-based gas turbine, and chemical processing industries.
