Gun, Video Game Makers on Watch Following Capital Shooting (TTWO) (SWHC)
Smith & Wesson Holding Corp (Nasdaq: SWHC) and Strum Ruger (NYSE: RGR) shares are on watch following a shooting at the U.S. Capital, which has left several injured and the building locked-down for the time being.
It's not clear what weapon was used in the event, but be sure that it will be scrutinized as well as a call for tougher gun control laws once the model is found out.
Also on traders' radars are names like Take-Two Interactive (Nasdaq: TTWO), Electronic Arts (Nasdaq: EA), and Activision Blizzard (Nasdaq: ATVI), all which contribute to the degradation of society via the implementation of addictive, violent video games.
