Google (GOOG) and Sony (SNE) Set to Deliver PlayStation Smartphone

Photos have leaked out of a prototype for a Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) Android-powered Sony (NYSE: SNE) PlayStation phone.
The photos obtained by Engadget show a device that combines Sony's PlayStation Portable with a smartphone.
The device reportedly has a 1GHz chip from Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM), 512MB of RAM, 1GB of internal storage, and a screen that could be between 3.7 and 4.1 inches.
The gaming controls come via a slide out keyboard, similar to the most recent upstate to the PSP.
The report also adds that the device is said to be running Google's "Gingerbread" Android 3.0. The have a marketplace from Sony, similar to Apple Inc.'s (NASDAQ: AAPL) App Store.
There is no release date timetable for set for the device.
