Shares of Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) are about 5% higher today following the search-giant's Q4 earnings report, issued yesterday after the close. The stock most recently traded at $323.39.
Google reported Q4 EPS of $5.10, beating the Street's estimates by $0.15, with sales coming in at $4.22 billion, which compares to the consensus of $4.12 billion.
Also after the close, Google announced that it will offer a stock options exchange one for one to its employees.
