Google (GOOG) Blog Post On China Triggers an 8-K Filing

January 13, 2010 2:20 PM EST
Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) just issued an 8-K related to its blog post late yesterday that it will stop censoring search results and may completely pull out of China due to computer hackers. The 8-K indicates that the information is "material." We are not sure if any of the company's other blog posts have required an 8-K, but it has to be rare.

Shares of Google are down 1% on the news today.
