Goldman Sachs downgraded Telmex (NYSE: TMX) from Neutral to Sell, citing the premium valuation and operating weakness.
The firm notes that, "Telmex now trades at a premium to AMX on 2011E P/E, while its discount on EV/EBITDA has narrowed to around 5%, the lowest since the financial crisis."
