Gold Closes in On Record Highs (GLD)
Gold prices are nearing all-time highs today, as initial jobless claims came in under the consensus today and unit labor costs were in-line with analyst expectations.
December contracts are up $3.9 on the COMEX, to $1252.0/ounce, closing in on June 18, 2010, record prices of $1258.3/ounce.
