General Electric (GE) Plans To Use Fed's New Commercial Paper Facility

According to reports from Reuters, General Electric (NYSE: GE) plans to use the Fed's new commercial paper facility when it is launched on Monday.

General Electric Capital told its commercial paper customers that they have registered as users of the facility.

The Fed recently announced the facility after the important commercial paper dried up due to the credit crisis.
