Foxconn has one Hell of a sales guy.
According to reports today, Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) may just stick with Foxconn for production of its next tablet, the iPad 3.
Despite earlier reports Apple may seek a second contractor for iPad 3 production, Foxconn exerted efforts to protect orders and persuaded Apple to keep it as sole contractor on the tablet, for the moment.
However, the iPhone 5 is another topic, and Foxconn peer, Pegatron Technology, has reportedly received orders for 10 million of the mobile units. With great foresight and ambition, Pegatron is now seeking to gain a strong position for Apple's next tablet, the iPad 4.
Apple is 1.2 percent stronger today.
