Ford (F) Set To Report $1 Billion Quarterly Profit

April 26, 2010 3:47 PM EDT
Ford (NYSE: F) reports earnings tomorrow and the one number that will likely stick out in investors and the general public's mind is - "$1 Billion Profit!"

Ford has 3.3 billion shares outstanding and analysts are looking for EPS of $0.31, which equals earnings of $1.02 billion. Ford should meet or exceed these views.

Papers, websites and newscasts across America will likely publish this easy to understand profit figure to the masses.

If nothing else, this number will stick in the minds of those that left the company for dead and was the only major U.S. automaker that didn't receive a government bailout. Now the company is in complete turnaround and the profits are showing up. They will only likely continue to grow.

Ford, Inc. is expected to release their Q110 earnings on Tuesday April 27, 2010, at approximately 7:00am EDT.
