Ford's (F) Latest Concept SUV Gives Nod to Tesla (TSLA)

Some critics of Tesla (Nasdaq: TSLA) have noted that the Model X SUV's Falcon-wing doors might seem impractical. But, at least one major automaker has taken note.

Ford (NYSE: F) announced its redesigned Lincoln Navigator Concept SUV today. While the overall design is futuristic in its own right, the Concept SUV has similar falcon-wing doors as the Model X, as can be seen in the photo below:

The Navigator Concept debuted at the 2016 New York Auto Show.

Shares of Tesla are down 2.8 percent.
