BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) is planning to launch a new BB10-based smartphone later this year, which is no surprise. However, tech blogs have pointed out that the device might finally be making an appearance.

Video of the A10 -- codenamed "Aristo" -- is below and shows what most might be expecting: full touchscreen with 5-inch display. Proccesing should be done with a dual-core CPU and quad-core GPU.

With sales of BlackBerry's Z10 being anything but stellar, which probably isn't helped by the fact that most potential consumers are anticipating a better device to debut this year, there's not doubt that the company will be pushing to get this thing out soon.

BlackBerry shares are down 1.5 percent on the session.
