The first photos have appeared of what seems to be a BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) slider smartphone running Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG)(Nasdaq: GOOGL) Android operating system.
According to Evan Blass, the slider device is named the BlackBerry Venice and it will be available at all four major U.S. carriers as soon as this November.
Along with BlackBerry's signature keyboard, the Venice is said to have a curved display.
Notably, BGR was also positive on the device yesterday.
There's also a second device that has a fixed keyboard which also runs on Android. The handset appears to be shaped more like BlackBerry's Passport device.
