Bitcoin can buy more than just Tesla (Nasdaq: TSLA) Model S sedans, apparently.
Following up on a story last week that a dealership in California sold the first Tesla Model S using bitcoin, word out today is that the same dealership sold a yellow 2014 Lamborghini Gallardo. List price on the vehicle was $209,995 and with bitcoin hovering around the $850 to $900 range, that's about 233 bitcoins.
The craze doesn't seem to be ending either; the dealership's marketing director said he has received at least 20 calls with regard to using bitcoin to purchase a vehicle.
