Financial ETF (XLF) Pops Back into Positive Territory

Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) has popped back into positive territory. The ETF is now up just 0.13 percent as Obama makes comments about efforts to reduce the deficit.

Citi (NYSE: C) is also about 0.6 percent green today, following Q2 results.
