Fidelity National (FNF), mFoundry Deal Cleared by FTC

Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) is said to have received approval from the U.S. FTC for the acquisition of mFoundry.

The deal was initially said to have taken place on February 1st, with Fidelity paying about $120 million for the rest of the company, putting the total transaction value at $165 million.

Shares are flat in early trading.
