Fannie, Freddie (FNM, FRE) Down Again on Growing Fears

Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) and Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) are both down about 11% this AM on continued fears the Treasury will have to implement their bail-out plan, wiping out common shareholders. Both are at new 52-week lows levels.
