Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) is looking to make it big in the e-commerce game.
While not entirely new information, TechCrunch reported earlier that Facebook is trialing payment capabilities for Pages in Thailand.
The system would allow users to make a payment to the page owner.
Typically, there are several steps involved in buying a product from Facebook Pages, which includes messaging the seller and setting up a payment. Streamlining that process would certainly bolster Facebook's top-line, if not its earnings results, as well.
Shares of Facebook are down 0.3 percent.
