Electronic Arts (Nasdaq: ERTS) is trading lower after-hours, following an announcement that it entered an agreement to acquire PopCap Games in a cash and stock deal valued at $750 million.
EA shares are down abut 3.2 percent following the announcement.
EA also issues guidance in connection with the proposed acquisition, raising its FY11 revs outlook to a range of $3.800 to $4.025 billion.
