Dubai Properties to Never be Filled.
According the CB Richard Ellis Group Inc., some of the office building in Dubai will never be occupied due to being ill-conceived and poorly located. The reported added that some of the properties will garner little more than the cost of maintenance.
Property owners in Dubai have been offering incentives to attract tenants such as rent-free periods of up to 12 months.
Dubai had 2.6 million square meters of offices under construction in June, the third most int he world after Shanghai and Moscow.
