Diamond Foods (DMND) Ticks Slightly Lower Following Qtr. Dividend Declaration

Diamond Foods (Nasdaq: DMND) shares are trading stronger following the announcement of a 4.5 cent quarterly dividend. The stock is up about 1 percent ahead of the bell Tuesday.

At the current trading range, the dividend yields 0.6 percent annually. Diamond is said to be target of a Federal probe related to payments to walnut growers.
