Citigroup (C) Hits Fresh 52-Week Low

With today's nearly 9% slide, Citigroup, Inc. (NYSE: C) closed at a fresh 52-week low. While many thought the problems in the financial sector had bottomed out with the TARP money, it doesn't appear that way - at least for Citi.
