Citigroup (C) Down Over 16% Today

Today, Citigroup (NYSE: C) is continuing its fall from last week and is down over 16% today. Currently, Citigroup is hitting its low of the day as the Dow Jones is down over 150 points. There is really no real news today other than the rumor that surfaced Friday that Citi and Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) may merge its broker units.
