Citigroup (C) Breaks Below $10 Level; Stock at 12-Yr Low

Shares of Citigroup (NYSE: C) have just fallen below the $10 level, setting a new 52-week low at $9.89. The stock has slightly rebounded from this low and is currently trading around $9.97, down nearly 8% for the session.

Notably, Citigroup's stock price hasn't been in single-digit territory since 1996. That's right... that's more than 10 years of growth down the drain.
