Networking peers aren't happy with CIENA Corp. (NASDAQ: CIEN) Thursday. The group is lower across the board following weak third quarter results and a lower outlook Ciena.
Ciena reported Q3 EPS of ($0.04), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $474.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $473.37 million. Ciena Corp. sees Q4 revenue of $455-480 million, versus the consensus of $499.5 million.
