China's VanceInfo Technologies (VIT) IPO Raises $65 million

China's VanceInfo Technologies (NYSE: VIT), a China provider of information technology services and software development, raised $65 million yesterday in an initial public offering that priced in the middle of expectations.

Today, China VanceInfo Technologies rang the opening bell on the NYSE. There has been a plethora of Chinese companies going public lately, taking advantage of the US market's love affair with Chinese-related companies.

VanceInfo said the 7.65 million offering of American Depositary Shares priced at $8.50 per ADS. That compared with a forecast of $7.50 to $9.50.
