CNBC's Bartiromo Said Lehman Bros (LEH) Convertible Preferred Offering Mostly Sold

CNBC's Maria Bartiromo comments on Lehman Bros (NYSE: LEH) convertible preferred offering. Bartiromo said she talked with the CFO and they indicated that the deal is mostly sold with long-term institutional investors. She said the deal has a yield 7-7.5% offering a premium of 30-35%. Bartiromo indicated the news could be viewed positively, although the stock is off after-hours.
