CBS (NYSE: CBS) CEO Leslie Moonves, speaking at a conference today, said that talks with Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) are ongoing, according to Bloomberg headlines. In addition, the exec said Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) hasn't disclosed "under the dome" viewing, which he thinks is a "new model" for TV content delivery.
