C, AIG, FNM, FRE Accounting for 15% of Today's Volume

According to Themis Trading's Joe Saluzzi, the combined volume of Citigroup (NYSE: C), AIG (NYSE: AIG), Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) and Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) is running at 15% of total consolidated volume today.

Saluzzi quips, "once again, the wards of the state have woken up."
