Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is delaying the larger version of its 27-inch iMac as manufacturing difficulties persist.
According to Tom's Hardware, shipments of Apple's latest-and-greatest all-in-one desktop will ship in three to four weeks. The larger iMac was available for preorder on November 30th and CEO Tim Cook announced during the company's quarterly call that supply would be "significantly constrained."
Ship times were originally two to three weeks on the large iMac.
The smaller 21.5-inch iMac shows a more reasonable seven to 10 day ship time.
Apple shares are lower in early trading.
