The Canada export agency is doing its best to support struggling smartphone device maker Blackberry (Nasdaq: BBRY). According to reports in Verge, the agency will give European carrier Telefonica a $256 million loan to buy BlackBerry hardware and services. The idea is to support the Canadian based company and increase share growth. Telefonica has 315 million subscribers worldwide.
