Buffett Continues to Cut Stake In Moody's (MCO)
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.a) (NYSE: BRK.b) continues to trim its stake in rating company Moody's (NYSE: MCO). An SEC filing after the close showed that Buffett's firm sold 87,992 shares on 12/18, bringing his stake to 31,814,610 shares.
Mr. Buffett held 48 million shares of Moody's at the quarter ended March 31, 2009, representing a drop of about 34% in his position over the course of this year.
