Buffett Brings in Chinese New Year with Ukulele Solo
The lucky year of the dragon is finally upon us and I cannot think of a more appropriate way to start it off besides for a clip of Warren Buffett singing "I've Been Working on the Railroad" while playing the ukulele ever so softly. Click here to be serenaded by Buffett's beautiful voice.
The clip was originally aired on China Central Television's annual New Year's gala. The country celebrates bringing in the new year very seriously as citizens typically travel cross-country to make up the world's largest annual human migration, travels are forecasted to be up 9.1 percent this year compared to 2011. It is a tradition in Chinese culture for the Nation's leaders to visit and celebrate the new year with farmers and workers.
If this is a sign of what is to come throughout 2012, this year will be one for the record books.
